This section focuses on operational training aimed at different categories of personnel in aviation but all sharing the same objective: to equip your staff with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver safety services.
The following courses are available:

| Competence assessors | Course compliant with EU340/2015, covering techniques about assessing competence during training and operations. This course is delivered under EASA Certification. |
| ICAO Phraseology | A course for pilots and air traffic controllers refreshing elements of phraseology and aeronautical communications |
| Introduction to Air Traffic Flow Control Management (ATFCM) | Course covering principles of flow control, flight planning, IFPS, Network operations portal and the Network Manager’s systems and procedures. |
| Introduction to Air Traffic Management (ATM) | A course for those who wish to gather knowledge about how the air traffic management part of aviation (air traffic services, airspace management, flow control, etc.) is organised. |
| On the job training instructor (OJTI)* | Course compliant with EU340/2015 and covers the skills and techniques necessary to become an ATC on the job instructor. This course is delivered under EASA Certification. |
| OJTI Refresher* | A facilitated course aimed at refreshing on the job training techniques. This course is delivered under EASA Certification. |
| Unusual and Emergency situations in aviation** | A programme delivered to ATCOs and Pilots with the aim of presenting unusual and emergency situations and discussions offering the perspective of the other community. |
| ATC refresher training*** | Recurrent refresher training in accordance with the regulation with the aim to maintain or improve ATCO’s knowledge and skills |
* OJTI and CA courses for other personnel than ATCOs can also be delivered. Both courses for ATCO audiences are delivered with the help of 2D ATC simulators provided by INGENAV.
** Can be delivered to ATCOs as well as to Pilots.
*** INGENAV will assist you in setting up and in the delivery of a refresher training programme for your Air Traffic Controllers taking into account your procedures and technology. The training would ideally be delivered on your premises; however INGENAV can also assist you in finding the appropriate training academy to host the training.
