Ingenav S.L. (the “Developer”, “we”) has created the application “Test Teórico ATC” (the “Application”) as a study tool. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled within the Application.

The Application does not collect, transmit, or store any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from its users. We do not require registration, nor do we request your name, email, or location. - Locally Stored Data (Exclusive App Use)
The Application saves information exclusively on the user’s local device (using SharedPreferences and the SQLite database). This information is never transmitted to Ingenav or third parties. The sole purpose of this data is functional:
Performance: Highest scores achieved (global and by category records).
Configuration: Status of the Legal Disclaimer and interface settings.
All this information is stored only on your device. If you uninstall the Application, this data is deleted.

External Links: The Application includes a link to the developer’s website (https://www.ingenav.com) on the main screen. If you click this link, you will be directed to that external site, which is not covered by this policy.
Advertising/Analytics: The Application does not use any third-party services for advertising, analytics, or tracking.
