José Luis has over 40 years of experience in Air Traffic Services. He began his career as a controller in Barcelona ACC and subsequently continued to develop his career as Controller and Head of Systems and Strategic Areas at FMU Madrid and as Controller en-route, approach and FMP supervisor in ACC Madrid. During this period he performed the duties as Technical and Operational Regional Coordinator and Head of ATS Division. José Luis has also acted as a merchant navy radio officer and is an expert in HF / VHF. José Luis is one of Ingenav´s principal ATM experts.
