A few things about him
Max started his career in ATC in 1995 as an air traffic controller at Eurocontrol Maastricht UAC. He worked with Eurocontrol until 2010. During this time he occupied various positions related to operations, training and business management. He left Eurocontrol to join Senasa in Madrid as Head of Training. Max is Ingenav’s CEO and also executes projects related to air navigation Operations, safety assessments, human factors and training.
