Noel started his career in Malta, having achieved experience in the field over the last 30 plus years.
During his career he progressed in the position as an air traffic controller in ADI, APS and ACS.
He advanced to senior management within the ATC environment as Senior Head of Tower
Operations and eventually as Aerodrome Safety Manager. Noel has accrued vast experience as Synthetic Training Device Instructor, Course Supervisor and Assessor in various European countries. Noel collaborates with Ingenav as a training expert and ATM consultant.
